There are two main paths to making Ages for Uru: Blender+Pyprp and 3dsmax+Cyan's Plugin.
(I recommend using 3dsmax + Cyan's Plugin, but Blender is free, and it can be difficult to find a legal copy of 3dsmax v7.)
