Walkthrough

(to read the spoiler, select it with your mouse or press "Ctrl+A")
Read the journal near the guild signs.
Follow the tunnel to the end.
  Push the button near the central pillar to raise it, and climb down.
When jumping down the well, it is possible to land on a ledge before falling through to the water below.  Follow it along to a hidden room!
