click in fountain (by weird stone with face) makes thing rise from inside(which makes the sign by the high grey peak appear, so you can open it)

Cathedral:

building with psychedelic door: left lamp outside makes it brown, right lamp makes it white. make it white and there are globes that will set the wall image.
lighthouse:
the lighthouse contains a journal with a list of 10 places (their locations are on the cover) and the coordinates 810N140'25O or something like that (O is short for "Ost" in German, meaning "East").
the lighthouse has a button that takes you to the top of the lighthouse, and one there to take you back.
stilted house:
after pushing the button on the ramp masp above, you can push the button by the door to open the drain tube below.
follow the opened tube, then follow the plants, up the ramp, and swim to shore.
high grey peak:
if you've clicked the water pot by the statue, you can click on the sign near high grey peak to open secret passage
there's a button just inside the peak to close the door again if you want.

books link to TaklaMakan, Katzi's Memorial(TaklaMakan), JangaLela(nighttime Janga), JonaeHood,Jonae
